We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sr. HR Generalist for our Global Headquarters in Chesterfield, MO. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and administer various HR tasks and operations, including but not limited to: employee relations, benefits, performance management, coaching management.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sr. HR Generalist for our Global Headquarters in Chesterfield, MO. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and administer various HR tasks and operations, including but not limited to: employee relations, benefits, performance management, coaching management.
What you would be doing:
- Administers employee health, welfare and retirement plans company-wide including enrollments and terminations. Benefit programs include Medical/dental/vision, short term disability, long term disability, workers compensation, leave of absence, FSA/HSA, educational assistance program, etc.
- Processes monthly billings for benefit and outside vendors. Reviews billings for accuracy. Resolves discrepancies with carriers, payroll and the company. Completes reports for management as requested.
- Manages annual Open Enrollment Process; New Hire Orientation Training; Educational seminars
- Partners with HR Director to review, update, and communicate human resource policies and procedures. Completes monthly headcount report and EEO compliance reporting
- Assists supervisors and managers with employee discipline and termination situations.
- Leads the Affirmative Action Planning and Reporting.
- Acts as a liaison with various insurance carriers and fosters effective relationships.
- Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data and identifies patterns & potential improvements.
- Oversees termination process, ensures proper notification of employee terminations internally and externally for compliance.
- Manages and runs various data reports for the senior leadership team.
- Assists employees with benefits, HR policies, and applicable regulations.
- Keeps management advised of potential problem areas and recommends solutions, as appropriate.
- Partners with the HR Director to formulate learning & development plans for employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or other related field, or equivalent experience; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification a plus
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- At least 3 years of experience administering employee benefit plans.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
