Based in our Chicago office (hybrid), the Learning & Development Coordinator supports the coordination and logistics associated with delivering global learning programs including workshops, calendars, learning journeys and supports the evaluation of the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Accountabilities & Impact :
- Administration of core programs in partnership with Learning Business Partners
- Manage course enrollments & registrations, ensuring that all learning materials are correctly linked and accessible within the LMS.
- Reporting on course completions and platform activity
- Support Learning Business Partners, People Operations Partners and Office Mangers with in-person workshop logistics
- Workshop Evaluations compiling and reporting back on results
- Coordinate required notifications and communications from MAG YOU to participants & leaders
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, and performance metrics
- Proactive and organized communications with set up for core programming including calendars and post workshop communications
- Triage and troubleshoot issues and concerns from learners

2 years of experience with coordination of meetings, projects, presentations, agendas and user materials.1 years experience with data entry and system administration.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning tools (preferred). DOCEBO and SharePoint knowledge preferred.Undergrad Degree in Human Resources is preferred. As is post-diploma or certification in Human Resources, L&D or related functional discipline.Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Demonstrated service skills – communication and solutions oriented.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and across various departments.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Passionate about employee development and continuous learningCompensation :
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
