Learning and Development Coordinator

The Role 

The Learning and Development Coordinator is a vital role as we continue to grow our Chicago-based solutions firm and work to enhance the careers of RedMane employees. This position has a high degree of visibility in ensuring smooth and efficient training operations across the organization, contributing to the development, growth, and retention of RedMane employees.  

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure all training events run smoothly and efficiently, offer on-the-ground event support for training programs and events. 
  

• Act as a point of contact for employees seeking professional development opportunities. 
  

• Maintain and organize training records, including attendance, feedback, and certifications. 
  

Skills: 

• Preferably 2-3 years of proven experience in learning and development coordination. 
  

• Detail-oriented planning and organizational and skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly. 
  

• Strong follow-up skills to ensure all logistics and resources are in place for successful event execution.
