Oracle Fusion Technical Architect
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Local candidates preferred, open to candidates willing to travel)
Contract Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Architect to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of solutions within our client's Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in conversions, integrations, and reports, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system performance. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Architecture & Design:
  • Design and architect robust and scalable solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on conversions, integrations, and reports.
  • Develop technical design documents, specifications, and architecture diagrams.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Conversions:
  • Lead the design and development of data conversion strategies and processes.
  • Develop and implement data validation and reconciliation procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data conversion issues.
• Integrations:
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other enterprise systems.
  • Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration tools to build and maintain integrations.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Troubleshoot integration errors.
• Reports:
  • Design and develop complex reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.
  • Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical team members.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Work with Oracle Support to resolve technical issues.
• Performance Tuning & Optimization:
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement best practices for performance tuning.
• Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of [Number] years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Technical Architect.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing conversions, integrations, and reports within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and data models.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Local to Cincinnati, OH preferred or ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.
• Experience with other Oracle Cloud PaaS services.
• Experience with other integration platforms.
