Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events from inception to execution.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure all event details are finalized.
- Research and book venues, catering, and entertainment while negotiating contracts.
- Help to develop event themes, designs, and timelines to ensure a cohesive experience.
