Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that include managing correspondence, maintaining records, and providing support to different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files for quick and easy retrieval.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Facilitate the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Provide clerical support to various departments by assisting with data entry and document preparation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
