Offer Specialist
Reporting directly to the Director of Investor Operations, the Offer Specialist will be a vital part of the client experience at Mark Spain Real Estate by understanding client needs, sourcing tailored Guaranteed Offers, and leading comprehensive offer consultations. This role ensures clients have a complete understanding of their options, empowering them to make informed and confident decisions. The Offer Specialist collaborates closely with Listing Agents to review property details, coordinate investor offers, and present each option transparently, maintaining alignment with client goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Understanding Client Needs & Offer Sourcing
- Work with Listing Agents to assess and understand client goals and preferences following each property appointment.
- Proactively source investor offers that align with the client's needs, ensuring a curated selection of options is prepared for each presentation.
- Offer Review and Presentation
- Coordinate with investors to confirm that offer terms meet client needs and align with investor expectations.
- Address any required adjustments to ensure offers are balanced, transparent, and beneficial to both the client and investor.
- Lead client calls in collaboration with Listing Agents to present investor offers, clearly explaining the details, terms, timelines, and any unique considerations.
- Ensure clients have a thorough understanding of each option, empowering them to make confident decisions with clarity on all available paths.
- Deal Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Listing and Investor Agents to understand each offer's specifics, ensuring alignment with client expectations and seamless presentation.
- If the client declines investor offers, facilitate a smooth handoff to the Listing Agent, allowing them to pivot the conversation toward market listing options that meet the client's goals.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to uphold company standards in the offer presentation process and deliver a consistent client experience.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all offers and client responses, ensuring data is readily accessible for reporting and continuous improvement.
- Provide insights into offer trends and client preferences to support process enhancements and client satisfaction.
Knowledge and Skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a strong focus on client needs and clarity
- Analytical skills with keen attention to detail for evaluating and tailoring offer terms to meet client goals
- Ability to confidently guide clients through decisions, handling objections with professionalism
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Suites)
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Range of Experience
- 3 years of experience in real estate, sales operations, or a related client-facing role
- At least 20 real estate transactions in the trailing 3 years.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
- Active real estate license
