We are looking for a insurance customer service representative to assist in our front office with greeting customers, taking insurance payments, & account or billing resolution
Responsibilities
- Receiving insurance premium payments
- Assisting in billing or account questions
- Answer incoming telephone calls and directing to the proper agent
- Report the progress of monthly initiatives to CEO
- Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records
- Fulfill all policy requirements
Skills
- Proven working experience as an Insurance Service Representative or relevant experience
- Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
- Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
- Proven ability to work with goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
- High school or BS degree
