Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Dispatch leads to appropriate sales representatives
- Handle job intake and job scheduling using company protocols and software
- Respond to emails and maintain organized digital records (e.g., photos, job files)
- Support the sales team with administrative needs and reminders
- Monitor voicemail and return messages promptly
- Follow up with clients for confirmation
- Assist with job costing and daily work audits
- Assist with special projects and serve as backup for other admin tasks
- Help maintain a clean and organized office
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior administrative or scheduling experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with email, phone systems, and office software
