Administrative Assistant-Scheduler

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
  • Dispatch leads to appropriate sales representatives
  • Handle job intake and job scheduling using company protocols and software
  • Respond to emails and maintain organized digital records (e.g., photos, job files)
  • Support the sales team with administrative needs and reminders
  • Monitor voicemail and return messages promptly
  • Follow up with clients for confirmation
  • Assist with job costing and daily work audits
  • Assist with special projects and serve as backup for other admin tasks
  • Help maintain a clean and organized office

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior administrative or scheduling experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with email, phone systems, and office software
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
