Business Owners Institute, LLC® is looking for a part-time Marketing & Inside Sales Assistant tohelp take the organization to the next level of growth and influence within the small-business community. For over twenty years, Business Owners Institute, LLC® has focused on helping small-business owners go from micro to millions while having a life outside of their business.
This position is responsible for developing brand awareness and generating interest by connecting with small business owners. The ideal candidate for the Marketing & Inside Sales Assistant position is one who is very detail oriented, is extremely organized, has exceptional relationship-building skills, and who loves discovering and reaching out to ideal potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling for owner with prospects (sync Zoom calendar, MS Office calendar, etc.).
- Conduct deep dives into past prospects and clients to develop ways to reconnect with new products and services.
- Conduct market research and provide recommendations based on current trends.
- Conduct client care activities including but not limited to follow-ups to obtain homework items from client (Vision & Mission, P&L statements, etc.), data collection and/or research (best practices, ROI’s, etc.).
- Assist Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator with promotional items to include postcards, flyers, newsletter, etc. Assist owner in distribution of marketing materials.
- Work closely with the owner to brainstorm and implement new ideas.
- Develop relationships with the local community (attend networking meetings as required)
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in inside sales and marketing is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Zoom and HubSpot experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite platforms with a good understanding of social media platforms and email marketing tools.
