State National's Associate Program is geared towards recent college graduates looking to explore career options within the risk management field - while also having fun! This full-time position is a one- year rotational program within the Program Services branch of State National.

Over the course of the year, one quarter will be spent working in each of the following departments :
- Business Development - Market-facing group tasked with evaluating, structuring, and driving potential new business opportunities.
- Client Services - Responsible for special projects, program administrative tasks provided by State National, and client relationships.
- Compliance - Provides strategic and tactical compliance communications, processes, client and collaborator support.
- Reinsurance - Works with the client and program reinsurer to ensure contractual compliance and that funding obligations are met.
