State National’s Associate Program is geared towards recent college graduates looking to explore career options within the risk management field — while also having fun! This full-time position is a one- year rotational program within the Program Services branch of State National.

Over the course of the year, one quarter will be spent working in each of the following departments:
- Business Development – Market-facing group tasked with evaluating, structuring, and driving potential new business opportunities.
- Client Services – Responsible for special projects, program administrative tasks provided by State National, and client relationships.
- Compliance – Provides strategic and tactical compliance communications, processes, client and collaborator support.
- Reinsurance – Works with the client and program reinsurer to ensure contractual compliance and that funding obligations are met.

Required Qualifications
- College graduate as of June 2024, December 2024 or June 2025
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and reason through sophisticated problems and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
- High energy self-starter, good decision maker with an entrepreneurial spirit;Solid time management skills.
- Computer savvy- experience with MS office suite.
- Driven nature and strong desire to win.
