Main Purpose:
In this role, the candidate is responsible for supporting the Director Operations in overseeing and implementing Marken’s CGT driver excellence program. This includes, but is not limited to training/retraining of LSPs, monitoring and maintaining the central LSP/Driver Database, participating in client meetings/interactions to ensure smooth operations. This role will also provide support to other roles within Marken such as our Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, and all the CGT.Leads, as required, and will interface with other members of the wider Marken family to ensure consistency in our accountability to our CGT clients.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
The focus of this role is to support the implementation and maintenance of Marken’s CGT Branch/LSP Driver database and training records. This global project requires working closely with the different CGT functions (Project Management, Control Tower, Operations) as well as local Marken Branches and supportive departments (QA, Vendor Management, Regional Operations). The Driver Excellence Program consists of the following pillars: Identification of CGT Local Service Providers (LSP) and Drivers by implementation and regular maintenance of a dedicated CGT LSP / Driver Database. This database will eventually incorporate automation (reminders, overdue training tasks, etc) and be completely searchable, filterable, and and will be merged with the existing database in ServiceNow to avoid redundancy and to ensure the Power BI reports are based on a single source of truth. All Supporting the CGT Training Program to LSPs and Drivers in conjunction with the existing Marken LSP infrastructure Implementing an active driver support approach by enabling live shipment support calls and innovative ad hoc training tools Measuring Compliance and Performance on Driver & LSP level and develop a related action plan and meaningful ways of retraining on a regular basis (especially if there are non-compliant LSPs). Additional implementation projects may include but are not limited to the following: Implementing Maestro automated collection & delivery alerts within the CGT department Actively support the roll-out of xMaestro across CGT shipments and involved stakeholders Define usage criteria and roll-out plan for Marken Viseo Other responsibilities include:
9am-5pm with flexibility for lieu time

Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with Marken Branches and LSPs to enforce compliance and adherence to CGT specific requirements by establishing meetings and reporting tools.
- Effectively support and work with CGT Project Management, Control Tower, Operations to understand operational requirements and identify areas of non-compliance.
- Serve as an escalation point internally and externally for issues related to CGT LSPs and Drivers.
- Supporting client meetings, bid defenses, ride alongs, driver calls, and other initiatives as required/approved.
- To adhere to all company Policies at all times.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager.
- Travel as required for the job function.
- University degree in science or supply chain preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics or temperature critical logistics, or customer service
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- Experience in Training other teams and external vendors
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharma industry specializing in Cell & Gene therapy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements concerning cryogenic transportation and commercial drugs.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of cold chain supplies and logistics in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of cryo storage and transportation of Cell & Gene products in both clinical and commercial stages.
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks.
- Must have an eye for detail and the ability to think on their feet.
- Organized and skilled in tracking with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Fluent in English
- PC and Microsoft products experience a must.
9am-5pm with flexibility for lieu time
