We are seeking a highly organized and motivated EXPERIENCED restaurant expo person to join our team at Marker 99. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all food orders are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest level of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that food orders are completed and delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Monitor food levels and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure adequate inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety guidelines and standards
- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant expo or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, stand for long periods of time, and work in a warm environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
