We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic EXPERIENCED host to join our team at Marker 99. As a host, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience.
PAY VARIES WITH EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Manage reservations and waiting lists
- Seat guests in a timely and organized manner
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Manage guest inquiries and complaints, properly routing calls to Management.
- Assist with restaurant cleanliness (bussing etc) and organization
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and customer service skills is REQUIRED
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team player mentality is REQUIRED
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is REQUIRED
