Markesman Group is actively seeking an EMSO Capabilities Development Coordinator to support the advancement of Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) capabilities. This role involves coordinating capability development efforts, supporting governance processes, and ensuring alignment with Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) disciplines, including electronic warfare (EW) and spectrum management. The ideal candidate will have experience in EMSO-related capabilities, IT and data management, and DoD governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate EMSO capability development efforts across JEMSO-related disciplines.
- Support DoD governance processes, including JCIDS and PPBE, to influence EMSO advancements.
- Assess and integrate EMSO-related technologies and capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance EMSO strategies, policies, and operations.
- Assist in managing IT and data processing related to EMSO initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree.
- TS/SCI Government Clearance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EMSO or an IT-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with JEMSO disciplines, including electronic warfare (EW) and/or spectrum management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with DoD governance, JCIDS, and PPBE processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with EMSO-related capabilities.
- Understanding of IT and data processing/management.
