Job Description
- Oversee and evaluate training provided to Team Members, ensuring they have the skills necessary to succeed in their roles.
- Write department orders, monitor ordering, supervise stocking and receiving, and develop merchandising plans using company guidelines.
- Take an active role in building the store's product assortment, utilizing all available tools to reduce and eliminate shrink.
- Actively participate in, and promote, an environment that embraces diversity, inclusion, and respect for Team Members, guests, vendors, and the community.
