We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Provide product information, demonstrate features, and guide customers in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
