INTERNSHIP PURPOSE
This internship is designed to provide college students with meaningful, hands-on experience in the CPG industry. Interns will work alongside industry experts and gain exposure to real business projects that impact our clients and retail partners.
FOCUS OF WORK
As an Intern Account Manager focused on Amazon, you will support the Account Management team in executing client initiatives across Amazon Seller and Vendor Central. This internship offers hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, data analysis, and digital merchandising. You will assist with reporting, content optimization, account health monitoring, and promotional planning. The role is designed to provide exposure to the Amazon ecosystem while building foundational skills in client services, marketplace strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with internal teams to identify and solve business challenges that impact sales and profitability on Amazon.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to deliver actionable insights on category trends, competitor performance, and market dynamics.
- Extract and analyze data from Amazon Seller and Vendor Central to track sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and account health metrics.
- Monitor and support Amazon account health in coordination with the operations team to ensure compliance and issue resolution.
- Assist Account Managers with ad hoc reporting, including Excel-based analysis and data summaries.
- Provide operational support for Seller Central tasks, including shipment creation, case management, and listing updates.
- Continuously learn and develop expertise in Amazon Seller & Vendor Central tools and best practices to support evolving client needs.
- Contribute to building strong client relationships through responsive support, clear communication, and a deep understanding of their Amazon business
