Position Overview

The Development Team Lead is responsible for guiding and coordinating the application development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role focuses exclusively on managing the development process, providing leadership, technical expertise, and support to developers. The Development Team Lead plays a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and efficient development environment, enabling the team to meet project goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Three years of hands-on development of production applications experience with Laravel is required. You will have to pass a coding test using Laravel to demonstrate this.
• High-level proficiency in relevant programming languages and development frameworks such as PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Laravel, and Bootstrap.
  Strong understanding of Full Stack LAMP Development, Linux, MySQL, and related technologies.
• Proven experience working on the development of client applications, where deliverables were defined by client specifications and deadlines, rather than internal timelines. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to balance competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience working in cloud-based development environments (AWS, Vapor, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Solid experience in application design, development, and deployment.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a technical team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration and understanding within the team.
• Extensive experience in application development, with a demonstrated ability to lead and support a technical team.
