- Ensure deliverables meet business objectives and client expectations
- Oversee successful project delivery from initiation to completion
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead for cohesive execution
- Hold project team members accountable for assigned tasks and results
- Serve as a client advocate to represent stakeholder needs
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess project health
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts
- Manage a portfolio of multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Possess a foundational understanding of technical project management principles
- Demonstrate the ability to grasp technical concepts and terminology
- Are comfortable collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
- Bring Mid-to-Senior-level experience
- Are able to effectively communicate technical needs and project goals
- Are capable of contributing to technical discussions without requiring deep expertise
