What will your day look like? As a Business Support Specialist you will:
- Generate monthly billing files to be uploaded into SAP for numerous software products.
- Audit against monthly adjustments and promotions to ensure accuracy of billing against contracts for accounts and products.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and audit standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership on billing process design for software products, and process workflow improvements for existing team(s) and products.
- Address external and internal customer inquiries in a timely manner, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will be a good fit for the Business Support Specialist role if you have:
- 2 plus years of related experience
- Data analytic skillset, including intermediate to advanced experience in Excel (such as sum, v or x look up familiarity, etc.)
- A strong deductive reasoning to resolve issues. Strong attention to detail.
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills, especially when speaking with external customers.
- Technical record-keeping management skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with SAP for reporting and order entry
