What are the responsibilities and job description for the Localization Program Manager position at Market Street Talent, Inc.?
Could you be a good fit? We are looking for the best, highly skilled Localization Program Manager to join the team of our exceptional client located in the greater Bedford MA area. This is a mostly remote role, with travel to the office required 3-4 times a month.

What will your day look like? As a Localization Program Manager you will:
- Manage localization project management queue from start to finish, including identifying and bridging gaps, grooming requests from internal stakeholders, driving projects to completion, and tracking deadlines.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal customers to ensure clear status and communication throughout project life cycle.
- Ensure localization of creative and core global brand is accurate. Own translation quality and manage linguistic assets.
- Proactively forecast in-market review schedules to local teams. Serve as first point of escalation for in-market teams, issues that need troubleshooting, and tasks with addressing concerns.
- Actively engage with internal stakeholders to educate them on the best options for their needs and localization methodologies.
- Prevent risks, track project finances, and call out cross-project dependencies. Track root cause analysis of issues and set preventative actions in place.
You will be a good fit for the Localization Program Manager role if you have:
- 3 plus years of project or program management experience in localization
- Bachelor’s degree in localization, education, linguistics, or related field is preferred
- Experience with a range of project types, from simple short (24 hours turnaround), to complex projects that take place over months
- Experience working with software, multimedia, and creative localization
- Proficiency in localization tools, technologies, and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous about details and comfortable with ambiguity
