Commission Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to evaluate client needs and provide accurate service estimates.

• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the services offered by each brand to effectively recommend solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

• Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the sales process, addressing questions and concerns while building trust and rapport.

• Proposals and Estimates: Prepare and present clear, detailed estimates and proposals for services such as painting, grout restoration, window washing, custom storage solutions, and professional cleaning.

• Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction, close sales, and secure repeat business.

• CRM Management: Accurately record client interactions, estimates, and follow-up actions in the company’s CRM system.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.38 - $26.96 per hour
