What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commission Sales Associate position at Market Tree Research?
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to evaluate client needs and provide accurate service estimates.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the services offered by each brand to effectively recommend solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the sales process, addressing questions and concerns while building trust and rapport.
- Proposals and Estimates: Prepare and present clear, detailed estimates and proposals for services such as painting, grout restoration, window washing, custom storage solutions, and professional cleaning.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction, close sales, and secure repeat business.
- CRM Management: Accurately record client interactions, estimates, and follow-up actions in the company’s CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.38 - $26.96 per hour
