We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of multiple large and complex commercial construction projects. As Project Manager, you will partner closely with Superintendents and Project Management Teams, ensuring all aspects of your projects are successfully completed with respect to safety, quality, scheduling, budget, and subcontracting administration functions. As Project Manager you will also be actively involved in pre-construction efforts. This is a leadership role that requires hands-on, meticulous project management expertise, the ability to hold people accountable yet while bringing parties together, and close coordination with stakeholders.Duties And ResponsibilitiesSafety
- Enforce the MILLER Brothers, Inc. Safety Program in accordance with OSHA standards, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure subcontractors comply with company safety protocols
- Complete safety walks regularly, and address any safety concerns immediately.
- Maintain current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and OSHA, ensuring the safety of the project and its workforce.
Technical Knowledge & Project Oversight
- Must have extensive experience as the lead PM on commercial ground-up jobs requiring complex site work
- Provide support and supervision during the pre-construction phase to include, but not limited to: ensuring thoroughness of trade scopes, purchase orders, reviewing submittals in detail, job cost set-up and project pre-planning, collaborating on preliminary schedules and site logistics, and review of final go-no-go to proceed to construction phase.
- Understand and uphold owner and subcontractor contracts, being aware of potential risks and how they apply to the project.
- Understand, implement, and maintain the project budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate, write, and issue subcontract agreements, manage purchase orders, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs, and oversee subcontractor performance through the project's duration. Write detailed subcontracts in order to reduce scope gaps not originally identified on subcontractor proposals. Responsible for tracking logs (as far as lead times), preemptively identify any deficiencies and gaps, and implement any necessary mitigation efforts.

Pay: $47,193.10 - $56,834.70 per year
