Key Responsibilities:
- Enter accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper classification of expenditures and resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
- Code and enter expense reports.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Assist with the front desk when needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of previous experience in Accounts Payable in an ERP environment.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work without supervision and to make appropriate decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work processing.
- Self-motivated, flexible team player with the persistence to follow through on commitments in a timely manner.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
