Job Title: Account Manager – Private Brands Grocery

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager responsible for supporting Private Brands Sales Leads at major US Grocery retailers. This role will be accountable for managing day to day systems, order management, customer service, overseeing retailer portals for artwork design and new item set up, reporting, and problem solving. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail account management, strategic planning, and building long-term relationships with key retailer partners and supply partners and experience working in online portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management/invoicing - Managing ordering process from start to finish, working with carriers to ensure order fulfillment and troubleshooting associated issues for speedy resolution
  • Artwork Management - Responsible for managing artwork process with retailer and supplier and uploading/annotating necessary files in multiple portals.
  • New Item Set Up - Responsible for new item form submission and accurate data set up in retailer portals
  • Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the retailers we support, ensuring timely, consistent, and positive interactions at all levels of the customer's business. Provide exceptional customer service and work to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration & Coordination - Collaborate with internal brand stakeholders to align strategies and create a seamless experience for both the consumer and retail accounts. Support cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of seasonal business plans.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in retail account management, with a focus on large accounts Walmart, Kroger, Dollar Tree, etc. Proven track record of building strong retailer relationships.
  • Leadership: Strong experience managing projects, including setting targets, tracking performance, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term business plans and manage seasonal forecasts. Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer trends.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organization & Analytical Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and analyze sales data to inform decisions. Proficient in Office 365 suite.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player who can work effectively across functions, including merchandising, finance, and marketing.
  • College Degree preferred but not required

This position offers an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in growing Private Label products within the largest retail chains in the country. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving growth, developing innovative strategies, and building lasting relationships with key US retailers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
