You will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, and assisting in the preparation of reports to help our team stay on track
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing duties as needed, including expense tracking.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are taken care of.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
