Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, and equipment rentals.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and services.
- Help create event materials including invitations, programs, and signage.
- Maintain detailed event schedules and timelines.
- Assist with on-site event management, including registration and attendee support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
