Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage and route incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages.
- Maintain organized filing systems for important documents, records, and reports.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
- Input and update data into databases and maintain accurate records.
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing as requested.
