Job Summary :

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team and support our daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage and route incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for important documents, records, and reports.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
  • Input and update data into databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing as requested.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with general office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
