Salary:

  • Part-Time (Q1 2025): $50,000–$65,000 annually (pro-rated).
  • Full-Time (Q2 2025): $80,000–$105,000 annually.

Marketing Empire Group is a full-service marketing agency specializing in innovative, data-driven strategies and creative solutions for B2B and B2C clients.We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director with 15–20 years of experience to join our growing team. Initially part-time, this role will transition to full-time in Q2 2025. The Marketing Director will act as the strategic hub of the agency, overseeing messaging frameworks, go-to-market strategies, and cross-disciplinary team alignment to drive exceptional client outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns, mentoring teams, and delivering measurable results across both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.
  • Create messaging frameworks that ensure clear and impactful communication across all marketing channels.
  • Lead cross-department alignment to deliver seamless and results-driven campaigns.

Go-to-Market Expertise:

  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
  • Use audience insights and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert marketing guidance and insights.
  • Present performance analyses, campaign strategies, and actionable recommendations.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Lead planning sessions and brainstorming workshops to address client challenges creatively.

Emerging Technology Integration:

  • Leverage AI-driven tools to optimize campaign efficiency and performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into agency workflows.

Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience:

  • 15–20 years in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on messaging frameworks, go-to-market strategies, and team management.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver exceptional client results.

Skills:

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Advanced understanding of analytics platforms and campaign performance optimization.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with tools like Basecamp, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing platforms and data visualization tools.
