About the Opportunity :
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional? MarketOnce is looking for an Accounts Receivable expert to join our growing finance and accounting team! In this role, you will work closely alongside the CFO, handling preparing a high volume of customer sales orders and invoices, maintaining strong customer relationships, posting payments, and preparing essential supporting documentation. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to refine processes, work with advanced financial tools, and expand their expertise in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do :
- Generate accurate and timely billing and invoices in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple entities.
- Respond to client billing questions and resolve any concerns.
- Monitor the status of accounts and balances and identify, report and / or investigate and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other accounting software to identify outstanding accounts.
- Develop thorough reports on billing activity with clear, reliable data.
- Deliver invoices to clients via email or digital software.
- Responsible for collecting open balances while maintaining accurate and detailed files on efforts.
- Support the accounting team during annual audit and field audits.
