In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing outstanding balances, driving collections efforts, and refining AR processes to optimize cash flow. About The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Own the collections process, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful resolution of outstanding balances.
- Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices across multiple entities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships while enforcing payment terms professionally.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, identify risks, and implement proactive collection strategies.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, escalating as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software to track outstanding accounts and generate reports.
- Prepare detailed AR reports, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
- Support the accounting team during annual audits and field audits.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Proven track record of success in managing collections and reducing outstanding balances.
- Intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Formulas, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for handling customer interactions.
- Experience with Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-driven environment.
- Competitive base salary: $57,000 - $72,000

- 1st Round: 30-minute interview with the Recruiter, followed by an aptitude assessment within 24-48 hrs
- 2nd Round: 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
- 3rd Round: 2 hours of interviews with the Hiring Team, onsite unless the candidate is remote
