About the Opportunity :
The Director of Account Management is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the strategic vision and operational excellence of the account management function. This role focuses on identifying and executing steps to exceed revenue targets while maintaining Gross Profit (GP) standards. The Director will work across the US and will lead high-level client engagements, pursue significant growth opportunities, and act as a resource to ensure seamless project execution. This position requires a strong emphasis on strategic planning, team development, and collaboration with executive leadership to shape the organization's future.
What You'll Do :
Revenue Growth and Strategic Planning :
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including identifying new client opportunities across different offices and practice areas.
