Markon is hiring forward-thinking Business Analysts to support and engineer business process analysis and improvement for a highly cleared IC customer.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Comprehensive Business Performance Analysis: Offer in-depth evaluations of key business metrics, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to assess operational efficiency, financial health, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide Strategic Support for Organizational Assessments: Collaborate with leadership teams to conduct holistic business assessments, evaluating both internal processes and external market conditions. Provide clear insights to guide decision-making and business strategy development.
- Offer Tailored Recommendations for Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows, systems, and operations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Deliver actionable recommendations that drive enhanced productivity, cost reduction, and overall operational excellence.
- Assist in Implementing Process Improvements: Provide hands-on support in the successful implementation of process improvements. Facilitate change management efforts, ensuring that improvements are seamlessly integrated into day-to-day operations with measurable impact.
- Develop Strategic Outlook for All Business Areas: Provide a forward-looking strategic perspective across all client business functions, identifying emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategy with the broader vision and goals of the organization.
- Gather, Analyze, and Evaluate Business Requirements: Collect, document, and assess both functional and technical requirements from key stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions align with business needs. Conduct thorough analysis to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of current business processes.
- Design Functional and Technical Process Models for New and Existing Projects: Lead the creation of comprehensive functional and technical process models, ensuring that both new and existing projects or programs are clearly defined, actionable, and aligned with business objectives. Ensure integration with existing systems and scalability for future growth.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Best Practices: Develop clear, detailed, and standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practice guidelines to streamline operations, enhance consistency, and promote continuous improvement across the organization.
- Create Detailed Process Maps and Workflow Diagrams: Develop visual representations of business processes, including process maps and workflow diagrams, to provide a clear understanding of operations, facilitate training, and drive alignment across teams.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or administration.

- Microsoft Project (which you already had)
- Tableau
- Excel

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
