We are seeking an experienced Attorney at Law to join our Workers' Compensation team in Mississippi.
The ideal candidate will have:
- at least 2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law
- strong research and writing skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication and organizational skills
Our team has become one of the largest in Mississippi, defending employers and carriers in multiple states.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- e-filing and preparing legal documents
- scheduling and attending depositions, hearings, doctor appointments, and motions
- conducting strong legal research and writing skills
- maintenance of attorney calendars and billable time entries
- staying aware of deadlines and additional duties as assigned
