Marksman Security Corporation is now seeking a Director of Security Operations!
The Director of Security will oversee security personnel, ensuring the site is properly staffed and officers are trained and motivated. The Director of Security will also work closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives set forth by Marksman Security and the association.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in corrections, law enforcement, military security, or account management
and or other related fields.

Foster client relationships through continuous communication and supportDevelop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contractEnsure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reportsReview and verify all reports and logs for accuracyAddress and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely mannerRecruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is metConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers / tablets etc.)Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely mannerManage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessaryConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)Other duties to be determined by managementQualifications :
Must be at least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferredMinimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience requiredFlexible / on- call schedule availabilityProfessional demeanor and appearanceExcellent computer skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Attentive to detailMust be able to multi task in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience utilizing security equipment and protocols requiredMust be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)MUST have an active CLEET license!What Would Make Me Stand Out :
