Qualifications:

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse security team.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant security industry certifications (e.g., CPP, PCI, etc.).
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening(background and drug).
- Minimum of 8,000 HPW managed.
