The BDR Manager will lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives, focusing on driving the three pillars of BDR success: Prospecting, Calling, and Admin. These pillars encompass identifying and qualifying leads, effective communication and outreach strategies, and efficient CRM management and performance tracking. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record as a BDR manager, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive business success. You will prioritize aligning pipeline generation with revenue growth, consistently maximizing BDR achievement and reaching new heights. Lead quality, messaging best practices, multi-threading, and multi-channel outreach techniques will be top of mind. You will foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that empowers team members to achieve their full potential. Your hands-on approach will include conducting live coaching sessions, role-play scenarios, sales training, and collaborative strategy planning.
What we expect you to own and run with:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales development strategies to generate qualified leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Monitor trade show and conference attendance to maximize ROI
- Establish and refine processes, workflows, and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts and maximize growth.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth and prepare regular reports on team performance, market feedback, and strategic recommendations to Sr. management.
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the BDR team.

- Proven experience in a BDR or similar sales leadership role, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong understanding of sales development strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Zoom Info, Sales Navigator, Orum or similar.
- A thorough understanding of HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, reporting, and pipeline management preferred.
