Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to play a vital role in our commitment to providing exceptional care. In this per diem role, primarily on Sundays from 11am-7pm, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our residents, while overseeing facility operations, compliance, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing management and resource allocation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive care plans
- Perform regular assessments and quality audits to uphold care standards
- Mentor and train nursing staff, fostering their professional growth
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols
