RN Supervisor for Per Diem or Sundays 11-7am
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
- Oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance to nursing policies and regulations
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

What You'll Bring
- Valid state nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
