Duties and Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary relationship manager in your region, tasked with developing and maintaining positive partnerships.

· Expand the dealer network through active prospecting, recruiting, selecting, and training new dealers.

· Deliver excellent service by training dealers on products, pricing, sales promotions, and providing guidance to enhance their business growth and shipping logistics.

· Ensure profitability of each transaction while considering overall sales growth.

· Provide insights by recapping sales activity, reporting on business opportunities, competitive trends, and more.

· Support company-wide goals by achieving related results as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven ability to travel extensively to build and maintain dealer relationships.

· Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities and potential upselling.

· Competency in making both cold and warm calls to develop customer base and sales leads.

· Skilled in order entry, pricing quotations, and follow-up.

· Minimum of three years’ experience in sales within a dealer/distributor network. Industry experience is a plus but not required.

· Strong grasp of solution selling techniques as opposed to price-based selling.

· Knowledgeable about sales margins, product sourcing, pricing, and negotiations.

· Academic background in Sales and/or Marketing preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Additional Requirements:

· Ability to travel extensively for training sessions and team meetings. Travel documents will be necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

  • Madera, CA 93637 (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Required)

Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
