The Senior Analyst – Operational FP&A plays a critical role in driving strategic financial planning and decision-making across field operations. This position involves leading budgeting and forecasting processes, providing advanced financial analysis, and partnering with regional leadership to enhance performance and profitability. The Senior Analyst will also mentor junior team members and drive process improvements to strengthen the FP&A function.
Core Responsibilities :
- Strategic Budgeting and Forecasting :
Lead the preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts for assigned regions, collaborating with field operations leaders and corporate finance.
Conduct in-depth variance analyses to identify drivers of financial performance.
Create and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for regional and senior leadership.
Act as the primary finance business partner for assigned regions, building strong relationships with field leadership.
Drive process improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Support complex financial analyses for special projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
