Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Director of Digital Marketing to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving online growth through innovative digital campaigns. As a Sr Director of Digital Marketing, you will oversee our digital marketing team, collaborate across departments, and manage a comprehensive online presence to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities:


Building the Marketing Function

  • Build and scale a high-performing marketing team, processes, and tools over time

  • Collaborate with senior leadership (CEO, CFO, COO, SVP of Sales) to align digital initiatives with company goals

  • Drive transformation in digital marketing by implementing foundational marketing tools and processes including analytics platforms and marketing automation


Lead Generation and New Logo Growth

  • Design and execute lead generation programs to attract new customers

    • Establish marketing drip campaigns for target segments (customers and influencers)

    • Establish marketing automation and trigger nurturing campaigns based on digital activity by prospects

    • Identify sources of incremental targeting (e.g., new business licenses, fire safety compliance databases, etc.)

  • Leverage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to target potential customers

  • Lead website optimization and digital user experience improvements to enhance customer journey

    • Establish landing pages by segment


Customer Retention

  • Establish email and SMS campaigns to remind clients of recurring inspection schedules and compliance due dates

  • Develop customer portal and tools to support upsell, cross-sell, renewals, tech history


Data-Driven Optimization

  • Measure and analyze performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., lead conversion rates, ROI, etc.) to continuously refine marketing efforts

  • Collect VOC to optimize customer experience and messaging by segment

  • Continuously optimize digital efforts using pilots, A/B testing, customer insights, and competitive analysis

  • Build leads to bookings process, metrics, and daily management

Branding and Marketing Collateral

  • Manage integration of branding and marketing collateral for acquisitions

  • Manage content strategy and development 

    • White papers, case studies, blogs, webinars, trade show collateral

  • Build capability to deliver the right collateral at the right time to sales reps

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tools.

  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


Education and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.

 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including lead generation, SEO, SEM, and 

        campaign management.

 Proven leadership experience in building and scaling a digital marketing team is preferred.
