- Manage and direct Associate Test Engineers
- Test request/report system(s) management
- DVPR tracking and support
- PCIP tracking and support
- Quality request/report system(s) management
- Track and schedule calibration schedules for lab equipment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering or related field - chemical or mechanical
- Project management experience
- 5 years of experience in product testing and test lab operations
- Experience in product development
- Knowledge of when to escalate problems or issues; able to communicate results effectively
