Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems (QMS).
- Create quality and manufacturing documents and defines global standards around Process Failure Mode.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing, R&D, and Operational teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
The Director of Quality will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to identify gaps in processes and resources to establish world-class manufacturing environments at EcoWater's two Mississippi facilities.
