JOB REQUIREMENTS
LiUNA! is currently seeking experienced General Laborers to join us in working in Hampton, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience working construction on an industrial jobsite. This job requires the following but not limited to:
- Must qualify via FieldPrint USA fingerprinting.
- Manually bringing concrete bags into the lower tunnel of the HRBT.
- Demolition debris and job site clean-up.
- Set up and operate shotcrete equipment, including the shotcrete pump and nozzle.
- Prepare the mixture of shotcrete according to specifications.
- Apply shotcrete to surfaces as directed, ensuring even and correct application.
- Monitor the shotcrete application process to identify and resolve any issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of shotcrete equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with other team members and contractors to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Conduct troubleshooting on shotcrete equipment if necessary.
- Breaking up concrete and removal.
- Hauling debris to landfill.
- Must be able to lift to 100lbs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
