Job Summary / Purpose :
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for organizing people and material to build quality homes on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest caliber of customer relations by providing prompt response and follow-up (within 24 hours) and providing warranted service promptly. This is a trainee position and emphasis should be to reach Project Manager level within the allotted 12 to 18-month time frame. This employee will be expected to perform some manual labor. The job summary / purpose may change due to management decision regarding changes in technology, techniques or Maronda's core focus.
Reporting Relationship :
- Reports to : Senior Project Manager, and / or Project Manager, and Production Manager
- Supervises : Monitors daily activities of Subcontractors
