Your Role

Marotta Plastic Surgery Specialists is looking for an experienced patient concierge who has a passion for aesthetics and is excited by the challenge of multitasking in a busy office. The ideal candidate is interested in getting to know people, listening to their needs and helping them find solutions to their problems. When the phone rings - you can't wait to answer it to see who you can help next! Whether on the phone or face to face, you enjoy the process of sales and strive to give concierge-level customer service. Our patient experience staff excel at closing leads, measuring results, and constantly improving performance. They act as liaisons between patients and clinical staff and therefore must be good communicators who can keep a lot of balls in the air. If you're looking for a positive work environment where you can use your skills to help a practice grow, you may be the right fit for this diverse front-end patient concierge position.

Here You’ll Get To

• Connect with patients on the phone and in person
• Identify patient needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
• Develop in-depth knowledge of all of our providers, treatments, procedures and products at our practice and effectively educate patients about all that we offer
• Efficiently assist patients with scheduling of appointments (retention)
• Communicate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain rewards programs for patients
• Answer high call volume / multiple phone lines
• Assist patients with the check-in/out process with concierge-level service
• Tend to patients in our lounge ensuring receipt of a luxury brand experience
• Perform various clerical and general support duties
• Participate in meetings and team planning sessions

About You

• Computer skills – ability to learn medical software (EMR)

We’d Love It If You Also Had

• Prior experience in a medical setting (Plastic Surgery and Dermatology office experience a plus)
• Sales/Marketing experience
• College degree

Our staff is very friendly & supportive and are extremely dedicated to providing our patients with the highest level of care. We are looking for the right fit in a candidate - skills and personality. Benefits available, salary hourly with rate depending on experience. This is a full-time position (40 hour/wk minimum). The practice is open Monday through Friday from 7am – 7pm. Your hours will be set in advance but may be varied based on what is needed given the practice’s staffing needs (eg. You may cover early hours some days and late hours other days. It will be a set schedule and not varied week to week).
