The Corporate Communications team at Marquee Brands plays a pivotal role in defining and enhancing the public image of our dynamic portfolio of global brands. As a Corporate Communications Intern, you will immerse yourself in hands-on experiences within PR and corporate communications. You will actively contribute to real-world projects that shape and protect the reputation of Marquee Brands' diverse portfolio. This internship requires exceptional writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, creativity and an enthusiastic interest in brand management, public relations, and media trends.

Here’s what you will do here
• Track and analyze press coverage, compiling insightful summaries and actionable media reports
• Research and identify strategic media outlets, webinars, and industry events to elevate executives and brand visibility through thought leadership.
• Assist in drafting executive talking points, internal communications, and corporate newsletters to ensure cohesive brand and corporate messaging
• Craft and schedule meaningful content specifically tailored for corporate platforms such as LinkedIn, effectively promoting Marquee Brands' corporate storytelling and enhancing audience engagement.
You’re going to need this to carry out this job
• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field of study
• Familiarity with traditional media and social media; basic skills in writing blog posts, press releases, newsletters and website content
• Ability to track media coverage, sentiment analysis, and compile reports; understanding Performance Metrics
• Drafting press releases, media pitches, and briefing documents; basic understanding of reputation management and interest in learning new strategies; assisting in writing talking points and key messaging for executives
• Understanding of lifestyle brands and trends; Researching competitors' PR strategies and identifying industry best practices
About the Internship:
• The internship will be a 10-week summer internship program running from June 3rd – Aug 7th and will require the intern to be in office Tues-Thurs. The hourly rate will be $16.50 / hr.
