Description :

Negri Firman is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PR intern to join our vibrant team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public relations, working with top-tier brands and contributing to high-impact projects. Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Assist with sample send-outs and pick-ups
Manage Fashion GPS for tracking and organizing samples
Support various showroom duties including merchandise organization and inventory management
Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings
Compile media lists and press kits
Support the team in coordinating events and managing guest lists
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities
Min 20 hours per week (Mon-Weds)
In-person at the office

Requirements :

Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Positive-minded with a can-do attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with Fashion GPS and Muck Rack is a plus
